I’m very pleased with the service I received. My plumbing technician, Fadi, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He worked efficiently, arrived on schedule, and left my home as clean is it was before his work. I will use Fenwick again the next time I need plumbing services.

I would be cautious. This company was recently acquired by a private equity group, SGA. My mother is older, and called them to fix her A/C, which was down. She called them because they installed the unit 4 years ago. They were unable to fix the problem saying it would take 4 days to get the part, and they tried to get her to purchase a warranty up front before the work was done. She declined and sent them away. She had another company come out and they fixed the issue quickly and cheaply since the part was under warranty (motor replacement). They were clearly trying to take advantage of my mother. Very disappointed by this kind of dishonest, dishonorable behavior. I would look elsewhere.
