James Pike was exceptional. We added an outdoor shower and James installed the various fittings necessary to connect hot and cold water along with valves to shut off water if freeze danger exists. Very experienced and competent professional.

He was very passionate about his work, what he was doing how he would do it. He made sure that I knew what to do however, everything work what he put in. Called fenwick regarding the warranty of the kitchen sink faucet repair job that was done 7 months ago . I was told they I have 1 year warranty for parts that they installed. The technician who came just looked at the faucet and just said I need a new faucet without even really doing anything. The technician wanted to sell me a new faucet that is in his truck for over $700.00. More on sales than service.

Highly recommend. I’ve used Fenwick for multiple plumbing issues at various properties over the last year. Pricing has always been fair and service is top-notch. They’ve become my go to plumbers, I don’t even bother shopping around anymore. As a homeowner and property manager, one of the things they do that I really appreciate is their technicians take the time to show me (I’m very much not a plumber!) what they’re doing and teach me a little bit about what’s happening behind my walls. Shoutout to Dale who’s been on a few service calls for me now and is always great to work with.

I called in for an appointment because I needed to repair a toilet. Technician came out and took a look and left for about 5 minutes and came back to show some options for repair. The pricing was really high so I decided to wait and just pay the service dispatch fee. The Technician then tells me it will be $99. I was told the dispatch fee was only $89 by two agents when I called to make my appointment. But the Technician said the price went up a day or two ago. Mind you, I made the appointment the same week so was totally shocked that no one told me the price went up and they had many chances while reminding me of my appointment that the price would go from $89 to $99. Just seems like a scam for them to come and take a look without doing any work expect to say yes it's broken and then not even mentioning the price change. Seems to me a bit unethical to change without prior notice.

My very old water heater finally broke. I called Fenwick in the morning and by the evening had a new water heater installed. It was a complicated job because my house has old pipes but technician Jesse Thigpen overcame the challenge. He did a great job!

I liked that a photo of the technician was sent to me before he showed up. Fenwick was prompt with communications and the tech was on time. He was professional and informed me of what’s would take place. However, a permit from my county was required since it was a replacement ‘propane’ water heater. I was told no permit was necessary. So, a small bit of confusion on that. The total price in the written quote for everything was higher than expected. Other than that, I was impressed with the tech and the excellent prompt communication of Fenwick. I would call on them for a different need.

We had a garbage disposal installed. Fadi Atlyari was very friendly and provided information on how to clean the disposal as well as tightening it up if needed. He worked efficiently and cleaned up where needed. He also provided information in regards to a water heater and water softener. I highly recommend Fenwick for plumbing. And ask for Fadi!
