He was friendly and took the time to explain the issue and our options in a way that we easily understood. His expertise and professionalism gave me complete confidence in his work. Steve is an expert in water heater instalation . He and I went over the pros and cons of the different companies and systems. After the installation of the Bradford White heater, he was able to tweak the system for full hotness for my wife's hot bath.
