John Atnip was the bomb 💣 dot com! Not only was he professional and courteous but also knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He came in, was able to unclog my drains and had us up and running. He continuously checked behind himself to make sure sure that the work was done prior to taking payment. He provided me with an estimate and captured my signature prior to starting the job and explained everything to me. This is my 2nd time utilizing Fenwick and because of the consistency in quality services that I received, I’m going to have them do additional work for my future group home. Hands down, the price is right, the service is good, and you won’t be disappointed with the technicians. John was not only good looking but very respectful and down to earth. Fenwick is lucky to have such talented people on their team. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with fair prices. We discovered a leak in the hose bib on the outside of our home this morning and immediately called Fenwick Services based on our previous good experience with the company. Joshua Stricklin, our Fenwick technician arrived promptly in the time frame we were promised, assessed the matter and provided a clear solution and affordable cost for resolving the leak. He was able to fix the leak quickly with minimal inconvenience. He was courteous and professional at all times. We highly recommend Fenwick Services and will continue to use them for any future needs.
