Altho our problem was within the septic system, which Fenwick does not service, the tech spent about an hour going over the steps we needed to solve our problem. He went well beyond what he was required to do. It was a very pleasant and informative time I will certainly call them if I have a problem within their purview.

I had a shower valve failure, needed the valve rough in and piping replaced. Scheduling an appointment through the website was easy and quick, My technician James showed up bright and early the next morning Professional work , Quality work ... They came right out when I lost cold water and their technician Kodie was just fabulous!! Kodie is knowledgable and very nice and friendly. We felt properly taken care of charged fairly and will be using them with all our needs moving forward. We received estimates on more work and are planning upgrades now.
