Called late Thursday afternoon requesting an electrician as smoke was coming from my breaker panel when the a/c was running. They sent am HVAC tech who was great except he's not allowed to do electrical work. He called a supervisor and was told they would send an electrician to us Friday a.m. Friday mourning I get a call that they can't come until tomorrow even though it was their mistake. The HVAC guy's attitude raised this rating from 1 star.

From the time Elmer came out for our service call, Waychoff's was on it right away and had a team out the very next day to resolve our A/C issues. I want to take a moment to thank Elmer, Zakeem, and Hobbs for their hard work and professionalism. They discovered that the A/C system installed through our home warranty had not been installed correctly, which was causing the unit to cool our garage instead of our home. They took the time to fully resolve the problem, made sure everything was installed properly, and listened to our input throughout the process. They came prepared, worked efficiently, and their experience truly showed. We greatly appreciate the effort and care they put into getting our A/C working as it should. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had an unexpected issue on a Sunday due to a slab leak in our garage, and I called Fenwick for help. They were quick to respond and sent out a technician, Steven, who assessed the issue and explained the next steps. Shortly after, Craig, the Services Manager, came out and provided us with a detailed quote to re-pipe the entire house and install a new water softener, since we did not have one. The installation team, Ben and Cody, did an excellent job. They prepared our home for the work, re-piped everything efficiently, and made sure the disruption inside the house was kept to a minimum. Afterward, they had a drywaller, Emad, come out to patch everything back up leaving the walls looking like nothing ever happened. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and care. We truly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from the entire Fenwick team!

Elmer was my technician to do a routine inspection for our A/C. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the service, finds and recommendations. Called and told me when he would be at the house and the company sent an email to tracking map on where he was to the house. Great communication and follow up on service afterwards.
