The technician was fantastic, allowed me to ask questions about what he was doing and why. Gave me information on how to properly maintain my unit. I would recommend Waychoff’s to anyone in need of service or a new unit.

I can’t say enough how they saved us. Being without air for 14 days with United Air Temp giving us the run around and no relief I was told to call Waychoff/Fenwick. They came out right away no high pressure sales and worked with em to get a new unit that fit my monthly budget. They even brought out a cooling unit while they worked to offer relief. Everyone from the get was so honest and professional doing everything to get me a resolution and not waste my money. If I could give more stars I would because they are a 10 out of 10 from sales to the techs..going to look into a plumbing contract as well with them. Thanks Waychoff you really came through for my family and in Florida with a heat index of 108.

I would like to give a shout out to Fenwick Home Services for a plumbing issue I encountered yesterday. I couldn't get my shower to turn off. My shower has a "one handle controller", pull to turn on, push to turn off, rotate left or right for hot or cold water. The round plastic handle came loose when I attempted to turn off the water. I attempted to turn off the water at the street, but was unable to do so. I couldn't access the water shut-off in the garage. I called Fenwick and requested emergency plumbing services. I explained the problem. Matthew Webb arrived a few hours later. He turned off the water at the street, took the handle off and checked the cartridge. The cartridge was ok, but the handle apparently was the original from 1978 when the house was built. It has tabs on the underside rim which some apparently broke off, and was the only replacement needed. Matthew had to leave to get the part, but was back in 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my non-plumber explanations, and was very attentive to my questions. I enjoyed talking to him and wanted you to know that you have a great employee on your team. I couldn't be more pleased!

Ron did a great job and was a lifesaver when our water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Ron and Fenwick and will use them again if needed.
