We are extremely impressed and touched by Rafael Serrano’s recent work on our water heater installation. He went above and beyond with trying to explain every detail and his steady work was appreciated. He stayed longer hours just to overcome some obstacles and we are grateful. We already have an A/C unit with Waychoff’s and are satisfied with there work so far.

Scott was amazing. He diagnosed the issue with low water pressure in the house, realized it was a St. Johns County Utilities problem. SJCU showed up and took the issue head on.
