Adam arrived promptly and was courteous, respectful of our home, professional and in general, a very pleasant person. I am a General Contractor…and I use Matt Gray to do all of my plumbing and gas work. I have been in this line of work for approx 27 years now…and I can honestly say’s that Matt is without a doubt the best plumber that I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the field and of code. He is extremely meticulous and will not leave the job site until everything is as perfect as it can be in this line of work. He also works well with all of my other sub contractors to make sure that all aspects of the work are coordinated together. I appreciate and respect him. I could not recommend him more. Paul Golden works along side Matt on all of my projects as well. He has been a great addition to the team. He is a great plumber and is also very conscientious. He does great work. I am very happy to have both of these guys working with our team.

Super fast response (within 5 minutes of submitting online form) before 8AM and on a holiday. Arrived within 40 minutes. Did a complete diagnostic and explained everything as he went. Elmer was fast, friendly, professional and extremely informative. Best service I have ever received.

Ended up having an emergency situation with water bubbling up out of my yard thanks to a tree root hitting a pipe. A neighbor recommended Fenwick and I have found my new plumbing company! Khan was my technician and I cannot say enough good things about his service. So kind and knowledgeable. Took time to thoroughly explain everything to me step by step from the issue at hand through the repairs to the end result. He was fast and efficient with the repairs. The customer service I encountered at the office was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for making a very stressful situation less stressful and for the top notch service!
