Patrick Lowe was the technician that came out to address my issue and he did an excellent job. He arrived within an hour, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Fenwick, and Patrick specifically, based on my experience.

This was my Second time to use Fenwick, and I feel very confident that it is a Great Choice. I called earlier this year for maintenance, and the service was outstanding! This time it was a second maintenance, and I was rewarded because of my first time - no cost for maintenance the next 2 times! Try them - the service men are courteous and knowledgeable and trustworthy!

Kevin was my tech. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not attempt to upsell me as some AC techs do. I mentioned my drain line and he went ahead and flushed it for me. I appreciated his manner and expertise.
