We use Fenwick on three properties for plumbing and HVAC. This visit was a little more challenging but they were up to the task. Fantastic service, installation, and customer service! Definitely will continue to be our go to for plumbing and HVAC services! Special note our plumber, Mr Bowen, had to be the best plumber we ever encountered! Knowledgeable, friendly, kept us informed as he worked through the complexity of our job and had great suggestions. Will ask for him by name !

Thoroughly disappointed with follow up after install. Have been trying to get a couple things fixed but the last straw is today someone showing up without a ladder to fix a problem!!! Unacceptable, as I have been HOUNDING the install manager to make it right, to no avail. VERY disappointed.

Dustin is a great guy. He take the diagnostic test in a minute and find out the problem. I think he’s a great asset for this company. It’s hard to get someone like him and he has a great personality.

Andrew did an outstanding job installing our new water heater! He was very professional, and ready to answer all our questions. Because of his valuable input we avoided purchasing a water heater we had previously chosen that would have exceeded our electrical panel's capacity; now we have the right one for our needs and it is working great! God put the right person in our path at the right time as usual...🙏

Jesus was very professional and efficient. He made quick repairs to my blocked furnace line and checked out the complete HVAC system. He advised me to put 1 cup of bleach in the line once a month to prevent future blockage. I signed up for regular maintenance every 6 months at a very reasonable cost. My inside temp was staying at 84-85 degrees before my system was up and running again, and I was relying on my ceiling fans for minimal comfort. It was wonderful getting the a/c back in service!.
