Had big leak under kitchen sink. Technician was there within 2 hours. Found leak from disposal. Did not have one on truck but went to Home Depot, got a new disposal, came back and installed it. Our technician was Ron Ayers. Ron was so professional, knowledgable, very neat with his work, and explained parts and labor warranty. Appreciated the great service. I use Fenwick for all my plumbing problems and never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Dylan with Fenwick did an outstanding job with our annual service. He was the first technician who showed before and after photos of the cleaning and work he performed. That type of service made me feel confident the work was completed correctly. With other companies I was never convinced the detailed cleaning was actually completed. I have used Fenwick for their plumbing services as well and feel the same way with that department as I do with the HVAC department. Top company that I would highly recommend.

Rafael came late on a Friday night to help us with a leak we had that was leading inside our concrete block wall. He explained all of the possible scenarios and options we had. After trying the first one the pipe collapsed because of old age. The logical next step was to have to chip open the concrete and access the next place to fix. However he was able to see back into the wall and said he might be able to pry out the remainder of the broken threads that remained. After what can only be described as SURGICAL procedure, he was able to remove the pieces and insert a new pipe like nothing ever happened. We cannot thank him enough and will only request his service moving forward! Thank you Rafael!
