I liked that a photo of the technician was sent to me before he showed up. Fenwick was prompt with communications and the tech was on time. He was professional and informed me of what’s would take place. However, a permit from my county was required since it was a replacement ‘propane’ water heater. I was told no permit was necessary. So, a small bit of confusion on that. The total price in the written quote for everything was higher than expected. Other than that, I was impressed with the tech and the excellent prompt communication of Fenwick. I would call on them for a different need.

He quickly identified the issue which was shorting and tripping the breaker on my hvac handler, then swiftly resolved the issue. Wes kept me informed throughout the process, noting the reason for the problem, the resolution, and associated costs to repair.
