I had been waiting two weeks to get plumbing services from another service provider who was not able to fix the problem when they came out. Called Fenwick and they were able to provide me same day service and fix the problem. Nathan was courteous, identified the problem and replaced the faucet. He thoroughly explained and showed me the cause of my leak.

We had an issue with your AC unit at a rental property recent, and since it’s Florida, all AC issues feel like emergencies. Our technician, Ryan, was very helpful, clearly communicated the issue, and shared options for resolution. This was very important to me as I was not on location. He was extremely professional and sent me all the documentation of the service via email. Fenwick’s call center was quick to provide information on prices and scheduling and the company is reasonably priced and responsive to emergency or urgent situations - we would use them again and recommend them!

We had a hot water tank leak. I call the office in the AM and was able to be fortunate and get a professional and knowledgeable service person out the same day. Andrew was very thorough explaining every thing that was needed to be done and why. And so polite!

Great experience with Fenwick today. I dreaded calling a plumber on a Saturday, but I had an active leak and had to get it addressed. A tech (Andrew) was on the job within about an hour of my call, and found and repaired the problem right away. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The price for this service call shocked me! (In a good way...) I will definitely use Fenwick again for any plumbing needs.
