We experienced a lightning strike to our house. Fortunately, the damage was minimal however, for the insurance claim (and our peace of mind) we needed an inspection of our electrical system and the lost equipment. Brian was the service technician who came out the same day we called and checked everything necessary. He also spent time educating us more about lightning and electrical currents. He provided recommendations for additional safety measures. He provided the needed information for the insurance. Our usual home service provider, who charges more, was unable to provide this service. We are very impressed with the timely and professional service from Fenwick and Brian. We now have a new home services provider.

Broken water inlet pipe at 1 pm on a Sunday. Called Fenwick and they said someone would be available 2-6. Steven arrived at 3, discussed how he could repair the broken pipe, and had it completely repaired in an hour. Tremendous job and excellent customer service.
