After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

I cannot say enough good thinks about our Technician Tim! He was great! Not only did he do a great job, worked quickly, and cleaned up after he was done, he was incredibly patient with our high anxiety dog! Highly recommend Fenwick’s and Tim!

We had an Awesome experience!! Our water heater started leaking unexpectedly. When we called Fenwick, we did not expect to have someone out to our house within 1 hour of our call. We were pleasantly surprised. The called was placed to Fenwick around 3:15 and by 7 pm that same day we had a brand new updated water heater. When they say they will have your water heater replaced the same day, they meant it. The individual that took our call and our Tech was very professional and understood our needs. I will definitely utilize them in the future. Thanks Fenwick!!!
