Tim and Shawn pulled off an incredible job. They fixed a deep water main break leading into the house, surrounded by roots, in a single morning. A task unable to be done by 3 other companies. With a respectful sense of urgency due to the entire neighborhood water needing to be shut off they located, excavated, and repaired the burst line in 4 hours. Both gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful explaining the process while they hit each step. Even going the extra mile and adding a raised shutoff valve for the main line before the yard so any future issues will not impact the other 15 homes in our community. Excellent work, couldn't praise these guys enough. Side note, Fenwick also repaired a water main break for another neighbor so after this you guys will be our 1st call moving forward.

Tech was super nice and to the point. He answered all my questions, even ones not pertaining to the job at hand. Simple installation on a garage wall on the opposite side of where the kitchen fridge is located. Just wanted an extra filtering system to the refrigerator water line. Super happy, very clean ice now!

Making an appointment was easy and could be done online. Aaron, my tech, was polite and professional and answered all my questions. He also gave me some suggestions on how I can improve my water quality and prolong the life of my appliances and plumbing system. Had to call again for another issue and Craig did a great job. Fixed up the prior owner's home handyman job and now everything works the way it's supposed to.
