Great work by Jesse and Zack. Jesse explained everything to us and gave us options and did his best to work with us. ( We had to replace our HVAC just last week! ) We are so pleased we went with Fenwick because of him. We will probably replace our water treatment system with Fenwick ( Jesse ) as well. Cody did a great job explaining and servicing our water heater that was throwing an error code that required parts from the manufacturer of the water heater. His actions were very swift which led to getting it finished within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced in this type of repair. He was very responsive to the issue and the service/attention was one-on-one without any middle people. I would highly recommend Cody and Fenwick services to my community. Cody also took the time to explain a few things about the water heater that will help us in the future.
