Tavelle was very knowledgeable on our 3 zone system. We had a bad thermostat. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and professional.

Today, I give Fenwick Home Services a 5 star. Because from the first call speaking to a great representative explaining to him that I had a plumbing company out to put in my new hot water heater just this Mar. 25 and I felt that his work was not up to par my hot water heater had a slow leak around the screws by the expansion tank. So he sent out Steven Bush who was a licensed plumber and it really made the difference! I called on a Saturday and there was availability today and also I was given a discount for seniors. "Words Of Advice!" Please use Only Plumbers who are licensed and who are also listed as current and have a good credit rating with the Better Business Bureau in your city. This was my first mistake. Moving forward I will be using Bill Fenwick Home services to help me when I need them. Because we all need to have the confidence that There are still some good companies out here in Jax fl. On Wednesday Oct 30th, Matt and Paul came to look and our tankless hot water heater which had stopped working. They were very personable and quickly began to diagnose the problem, which was determined that it was in dire need of being cleaned. They worked for quite a while to clean it, even pausing to take pictures of the process. They kept me Informed of everything they were doing and answered all questions that I had. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable that it was being done right. They also had other suggestions about my water softener system, which I appreciated. When they finished, we had hot water! The bill was reasonable as well. My husband and I really appreciate the services provided by Matt and Paul, especially since they came all the way from Jacksonville to Glen St Mary, which was more than many others were willing to do. Some companies never even returned our calls. We had an exceptional experience with this company and its employees. We appreciate all they did for us and would highly recommend them.
