Tim A. W/ the Jax Branch came out and cleared stubborn clogs from old vents/ drains that would have been much more costly if he had not been persistent enough to try alternatives. Tim is very knowledgeable with many years experience and knew the best way to handle each situation. The price was very reasonable and i will call Fenwick again when the time comes. Steve was not only on time he was early. Steve cleaned as he went and was very personable. After Steve completed the job Steve carried away the old unit and put everything back where it belongs. I truly felt appreciated as a customer.

I called at 8 this morning with a leaking water heater and Mike Bowen was here by 8:30. By 10:30 everything was fixed, dry and back to normal. Service was professional and courteous. I can’t imagine how it could have gone better. Photos are before and after.
