My technician, Tim, arrived before the appointment time. I was called about this. He came in and got right to work. He determined that my toilet had flushed its last and gave me a price on a new one. He had it brought our within an hour and installed it and checked it. It works perfectly and you would never know he had been here. All in all a wonderful experience.

Jesus was very professional and efficient. He made quick repairs to my blocked furnace line and checked out the complete HVAC system. He advised me to put 1 cup of bleach in the line once a month to prevent future blockage. I signed up for regular maintenance every 6 months at a very reasonable cost. My inside temp was staying at 84-85 degrees before my system was up and running again, and I was relying on my ceiling fans for minimal comfort. It was wonderful getting the a/c back in service!.

Frank and Zac saved the day!! Called and was able to get a same day appt for install of a new gas stove. They unhooked and removed the old one and installed the new one. Thank you so much for the quick and professional work! I would use Bill Fenwick again in the future!!

The technician was very cordially explaining the condition of the air conditioner. She conducted all the check outs and tested the components of the air system. Took his time to show with pictures what was necessary to replace. He did not express any pressure and quick decisions to have the air condition running better, only the options of replacing some parts. Gave me the cost of each option well descriptive on his tablet. I was satisfied with the work he did showing good experience on the job. The company FENWICK is very reliable with this type of technicians
