Our technician was Andrew and he was very nice and professional while dealing with my mother. She is hard if hearing and can be a a handful but he was kind and professional through the whole process. He explained the issues and fixed them quickly. He also answered a few other questions she had about her plumbing, which put her mind and ease. It was very nice of him. We had a good experience overall.

I had an excellent experience with Fenwick Plumbing. When my air conditioning suddenly malfunctioned early in the morning, the technician Ryan Mahan was dispatched that day. He arrived on the same day and efficiently repaired my air conditioner, all covered under warranty. I was highly impressed by his promptness and expertise. Fenwick Plumbing’s top-notch service and Ryan’s dedication have definitely won me over as a satisfied customer.

I had 4 water heater installation estimates with 4 different companies and Fenwick price was several hundred dollars less and included everything. They did not pressure me and when I chose them to do the installation. They came the next day and were prompt. The technician, Andrew, was professional, efficient and experienced. Highly recommend for water heater installation...haven't used their other services.

Had my propane hot water heater replaced today by Rafael I was hesitant at first to go with Fenwick because of some of the reviews I read but when Rafael came out to give me a quote, he was very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I chose to go with Fenwick primarily based on the experience when he gave the quote. During the installation today he again was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done just right. When he was finished, he showed me how my new tank works and gave me time to ask questions. Based on my experience with Rafael I would highly recommend Fenwick.
