Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable and did find a problem I didn’t know I had, and they were able to replace the part right then. Both were very professional and introduced themselves immediately after getting out of the truck. AC is working great!

Love Fenwick! Christopher Anderson was prompt, polite and respectful of us and our property. He listened carefully to our problem and quickly went to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and showed us pictures of what he found.He fixed our plumbing problem in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Christopher and will request him the next time we have a plumbing problem!

The service technician,Andrew who responded to today's service call. What I like about him was he explained what he was doing in layman's terms. And, he answered my questions to the best of his ability. Also, when he encountered an issue outside his skillset, electrical, he called the office for available resources. Fenwick will send their electrician out early tomorrow to service the electrical component of the problem. He was very manerable, and I will request Andrew for future services.
