Online scheduling of appointment was convenient and simple. They followed up with a confirmation text and additional questions about the issue, to make sure the technician was prepared. Technician emailed and texted me prior to arrival and was prompt to the scheduled arrival. Cody, the technician was tidy, had everything he needed to examine equipment, determined the faulty part, and quickly gave an estimate for repair. Cody replaced faulty part, had my equipment back in working order and made sure my home was back up and running correctly. Cody did a great job, was very professional, and skilled at his work. I would highly recommend Fenwick and Cody.

I could not wait until I was sent this review. Justin who came out to my house is without a shadow of doubt #1!!! Hands down, no argument. The best customer service, professional and reliable. He explained everything that was going on, showed me what went wrong and how to keep the water heater going for the next 15 years. Only down side and it had nothing to do with him was the price. You get what you paid for. Phenomenal experience, HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. Very pleased with the outcome just basking in tears at the price.

Jesus was very professional and efficient. He made quick repairs to my blocked furnace line and checked out the complete HVAC system. He advised me to put 1 cup of bleach in the line once a month to prevent future blockage. I signed up for regular maintenance every 6 months at a very reasonable cost. My inside temp was staying at 84-85 degrees before my system was up and running again, and I was relying on my ceiling fans for minimal comfort. It was wonderful getting the a/c back in service!.
