Nathan was great! My garbage disposal decided to self-destruct and was leaking under the cabinet. I set up an appointment on the website at 9:30pm. They had a plumber out by noon the following morning. I had already bought a new disposal "just in case". Hd inspected my old unit. A blade had chipped and grinded the gears. He removed the old unit & installed the new one in about an hour from start to finish. Great job!

Ended up having an emergency situation with water bubbling up out of my yard thanks to a tree root hitting a pipe. A neighbor recommended Fenwick and I have found my new plumbing company! Khan was my technician and I cannot say enough good things about his service. So kind and knowledgeable. Took time to thoroughly explain everything to me step by step from the issue at hand through the repairs to the end result. He was fast and efficient with the repairs. The customer service I encountered at the office was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for making a very stressful situation less stressful and for the top notch service! Fenwick’s response to a middle of the night plumbing emergency could not have been better. Prices are reasonable. All staff were more than just friendly, they were proactive and their superior level of competence eased my worry. The plumber who came out did such an efficient job, I scheduled a second appointment before he left my house to check off some to-do items. I’m so grateful I found them! What a breath of fresh air!

It was easy to make an appointment and the tech arrived on time. We had an a/c drain pipe break inside the wall. Our tech Ryan M was very professional and careful not to cause damage as he investigated the break. He did a great job fixing the break and the system was up and running quickly.
