I was given a same day appointment window from 2-6. My technician arrived at approximately 2:30. He was very professional, and provided me with a very reasonable price. I’m still waiting on the parts to arrive, so cannot speak on installation. However, I’m already sold with this company!

This was my first time using Fenwick. I needed a gas line removed from stove and line capped. I picked them at random as they were one of the few companies that I recognized the name. Excellent communication throughout process (appt window, arrival time, picture of tech assigned, etc). Cody K was my tech. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend - I would not hesitate in using this company again.

The technician showed up on time. Bob was very personable and informative as to what we could do to help keep our AC handler up & running thru routine cleaning & self maintenance. He took his time to explain our issues and made sure it was up & running properly. We had a fantastic experience with Ron Ayers / Fenwick Plumbing! From arriving promptly (it was an after hours emergency), Ron worked efficiently and left the work space very clean. He was friendly and took the time to explain the issue and our options in a way that we easily understood. His expertise and professionalism gave me complete confidence in his work.
