Dale was excellent. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and communicated well. It was because of Dale that they won the job. He did a great job with the install and left our house clean and tidy! Highly recommend Fenwick and Dale!!

My water heater was on its last legs. We had a few bids to replace it but decided to wait a little longer. It died while we were on vacation. We came home to no hot water and needed it replaced quickly. I booked an appointment online at 11:30pm. They had appointments available 10am-2pm that morning. By 8:45am I had a call asking if they could come early. Frank came by 9:30am. He gave me three quotes for a "good, better, best" replacement option. The prices were reasonable and far better than other local vendors. Inside of three hours I have a brand new water heater, a 10 year parts & labor warranty, and disposal of the old unit. Thanks to Frank & Fenwick we have hot showers & laundry again!
