I have had 3 different technicians come out to my house to solve the same problem. They all have said they have fixed it but it is still not fixed. I called when it was 110 degrees out for an emergency service and no one called me back. Call centers are now in New Jersey. Since Waychoff's sold to Fenwick service has been terrible.
