Our Technician, Bill, was awesome! He arrived within our timeframe. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running. He even let me watch the process and explained everything that was wrong and how to fix it! He was very personable and easy to talk to.

I had a corroded flex line o my tankless Water heater and Had Fenwick come out to assess. Jesse and his partner were very courteous and explained what needed to be done and got the job done. They were thorough and My system is now good as new. I had the system flushed as well which saved me another appointment. I was very satisfied with the appointment process and customer service leading right up to the appointment.

I have an older house built in the 60s with cast iron pipes. Needed to get a home inspection asap to change homeowners insurance after many home insurance companies bailed out of business in FL. The main issue was a clog in a bathroom sink along with polybutylene pea traps that had been previously installed at my house. I decided to obtain 3 estimates. Fenwick sent Joshua S. out to provide initial estimate, diagnostic work, and repair. I am 100% certain that Fenwick saved me hundreds of dollars on the cut out and repair of defective piping within a shared wall between kitchen and bath sink. Joshua noticed that he could access faulty bath sink drain piping through a panel under the kitchen sink. A competitor wanted to rip out my bathroom tile, wall, etc. to access the pipe. Professional, reasonable, smart, and fast is how I'd like to describe Fenwick Home Services. I now know who to call when I need plumbing in the future. Thank you, Fenwick!

We had an issue with your AC unit at a rental property recent, and since it’s Florida, all AC issues feel like emergencies. Our technician, Ryan, was very helpful, clearly communicated the issue, and shared options for resolution. This was very important to me as I was not on location. He was extremely professional and sent me all the documentation of the service via email. Fenwick’s call center was quick to provide information on prices and scheduling and the company is reasonably priced and responsive to emergency or urgent situations - we would use them again and recommend them!

Christian Sharp from Fenwick went above and beyond in his efforts to diagnose the problem with our AC unit. He took his time and employed a variety of troubleshooting techniques to find the source of our problem. I was impressed by his courtesy, professionalism, patience, and ingenuity. When others threw up their hands and gave up, Christian was dedicated to helping us. We would definitely work with him again for our AC repair.
