Fadi took the time to order the right parts when I decided on a different style faucet even though it took longer to get delivery. We will enjoy the final result for years to come. He was patient, efficient and skilled in both his plumbing work and interactions with the family.

I had a great experience with Fenwick Plumbing thanks to Rafael Serrano. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. We called to have the temperature of the hot water reduced. The technician arrived on time and called before he came. He showed my husband how he made the changes which was great. Now we know how to change it on our own if necessary. Fortunately the tank was under warranty so there was no charge. Great service.
