I unfortunately had a tree branch damage a pvc supply line to a hose bib. I called Fenwick Plumbing and they had a technician out within about 30 minutes. Dale, the technician, quickly assessed the situation, gave me my options and we agreed to the work. He did an outstanding job. He quickly fixed the issue and rerouted the pvc pipe for the future. I appreciate the quick response and the excellent repair! I’ll definitely continue using Fenwick for my plumbing needs!

We called yesterday to get a quote to remove a broken bidet toilet combo and wanted someone who was experienced in replacing it with a new one. Frank was very knowledgeable and experienced, so we agreed to have him do the job on the spot. The last plumbing company that came out said that they weren't able to put that same toilet in that Fenwick was able to do in just a few hours (that included going to go get the replacement). They did great work and we're very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship.

As a contractor in the Avondale Riverside historic district, we come across challenges on every job. Matt is very knowledgeable with historic homes and is always up to the challenge. Easy to work with and although they are by no means the cheapest in town, they are extremely worth every penny.

Technician, Christian, arrived on time and went right to work doing an inspection, testing, and cleaning of my AC system. He was very thorough, quick, and friendly. The special pricing advertised for this inspection was very good and there was no cutting corners. Very pleased with the service from Fenwick. Great communications as well. Highly recommend using Fenwick for installation (they installed my system 3 years ago at a very competitive price) and for servicing your existing system.

Our technician was courteous, efficient and professional. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate for the work and even drove to a Jacksonville warehouse to get the part. He returned, installed the part then endured our HVAC system was operating properly.
