I called in for an appointment because I needed to repair a toilet. Technician came out and took a look and left for about 5 minutes and came back to show some options for repair. The pricing was really high so I decided to wait and just pay the service dispatch fee. The Technician then tells me it will be $99. I was told the dispatch fee was only $89 by two agents when I called to make my appointment. But the Technician said the price went up a day or two ago. Mind you, I made the appointment the same week so was totally shocked that no one told me the price went up and they had many chances while reminding me of my appointment that the price would go from $89 to $99. Just seems like a scam for them to come and take a look without doing any work expect to say yes it's broken and then not even mentioning the price change. Seems to me a bit unethical to change without prior notice.

Michael did a great job today. He and his helper had to put in a faucet, a garbage disposal, reconnect the water to the sink and also change out the valve on the icemaker. Very professional making sure there were no leaks and cleaned up the work area afterwards
