You need to teach your techs driving manners. No need for him to ride on the shoulder to merge in front of my truck and definitely no need to flip me off when I honked at him to call out his stupidity of putting us both at risk of a unnecessary accident because he feels my time is more important than mine. It happened at 13:15 on Saturday July 19th on 295 eastbound. Jacksonville Florida

Cody did a great job explaining and servicing our water heater that was throwing an error code that required parts from the manufacturer of the water heater. His actions were very swift which led to getting it finished within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced in this type of repair. He was very responsive to the issue and the service/attention was one-on-one without any middle people. I would highly recommend Cody and Fenwick services to my community.
