A/C went out in the middle of the night. Sent a message on website very early in the morning. Got a response to message, a confirmation call, a/c was fixed and we had cold air all before noon. Tech was Adam and he was great and informed us of services we need to address soon to prevent furture issues.

The technician was very cordially explaining the condition of the air conditioner. She conducted all the check outs and tested the components of the air system. Took his time to show with pictures what was necessary to replace. He did not express any pressure and quick decisions to have the air condition running better, only the options of replacing some parts. Gave me the cost of each option well descriptive on his tablet. I was satisfied with the work he did showing good experience on the job. The company FENWICK is very reliable with this type of technicians

Jesse Thigpen gave us sound, realistic, unpressured options when our hot water heater stopped working. His clear expertise, valid suggestions, and good pricing resulted in our replacing not only our gas hot water heater but also our very old water softener system. The equipment was swapped out and tested very efficiently, and we are very pleased with the work. We will ask for Jesse the next time we call Fenwick for help.

Update to my.review! Terrible communication with the bank providing my loan for my repair. This company kept harrassing me daily. When on their end and the bank end they had some miscommunication for being paid. Everyday at 8 AM being woken up by a phone call or while at work. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times daily for them to understand it was on their end and the bank since I was approved for the loan repair. Even on my days off being woken up at 8 AM daily by a phone call by them. They need better internal management!! Then once they got it straightened it out and realized it was approved I never got an apology for being harassed by the company. Worst experience of my life with a shady business!! I have no words to express how satisfied I was with Rafael's service when he came out to me. He was very friendly and straightforward letting me know what was the problem and how much it was going to cost. He set my mind at ease when I was stressing out over the slab leak I had. He worked very fast and very efficiently and left the place very clean when he was finished. He was extremely outgoing and letting me know how the project was going so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's friendly straightforward and not pushy. It's hard to find a good plumber these days and Rafael in my opinion exceeded my expectations!!!!
