Total seem less process from first call, scheduling ( tech showed up within a few hours!!), and technician was knowledgeable and courteous and fix my issue. Great job by the entire Fenwick Team.

I had to have the coil replaced back in July of this year which cost me about $3400 and it froze up last week. A technician came out and could not find out why. Before I spend another $500 to have another company come out to see if it's the coil, unit or main line i have called Fenwick once a day for the last t business days asking for a manager call back and no one has called. Not very great CS to try and get this resolved.
