I have nothing but positive feedback to give about Fenwick Home services. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I had a meeting with Holly W. first who was extremely professional and helpful. I am not a huge fan of sales meetings, but she was so personable and I could tell she truly wanted to help me find the best solution for my home. I was then able to get an appointment next day. The installers Dylan and Caleb exceeded my expectations. Dylan was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They both worked diligently to make sure my AC was installed properly and Dylan took the time to walk me through how to use and take care of the system. I am so happy with my experience and glad I chose Fenwick home services for my AC installation!

My plumber, Christopher was amazing. He took time to listen to what the problem was and he was able to fix it. He took his time and always asked questions to make sure that I was happy. He was very neat, and he cleaned up after himself. He wore his little booties, coming in and out of my house, which I was very grateful for, and he cleaned up all his mess. He was very pleasant to talk with, and he made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Christopher, he has a great personality and very professional, and he got the job done.

We had Fenwick replace old 40 gal water heater with a tankless one that required plumbing and electrician. They were timely, worked very hard, kept everything clean, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also all very customer oriented. Would highly recommend them

Fenwick’s response to a middle of the night plumbing emergency could not have been better. Prices are reasonable. All staff were more than just friendly, they were proactive and their superior level of competence eased my worry. The plumber who came out did such an efficient job, I scheduled a second appointment before he left my house to check off some to-do items. I’m so grateful I found them! What a breath of fresh air!
