Excellent service! Replacement was done the same day as my estimate! I recommend Fenwick for their services! I used them in the past. They try their best to give you the best price for your money. I purchased a 50 gallon water heater A.O. Smith brand due to the fact my water heater was 19 years old and it reduced my home owners insurance a lot! Our service tech Fahid was very professional. Did his job quickly and efficiently.

Wonderful company responded to my inquiry ASAP and scheduled an appointment. They then called later to check and see if I was available for an earlier visit due to technicians in the area. Avoid this company. They tried to charge me more than $800 plus the $89 fee just to replace a toilet handle and maybe a flapper. Anyone who knows basic plumbing knows that’s a $20–30 part and a quick, simple job. Their whole business seems built on showing up, pocketing the $89 “service fee,” and then quoting outrageous prices they know you’ll refuse. It’s a waste of time. Do yourself a favor: avoid this company.
