My technician name was Mike Michael I’m BOWEN Sr He was very knowledgeable. He said I would have my new water heater up and running before he left on yesterday and it was his personality was very very good. He knew what he was doing. He was very passionate about his work, what he was doing how he would do it. He made sure that I knew what to do however, everything work what he put in. I asked him about a survey because I really want to do I said I will call myself, but I’m so thankful that you guys got in touch with me so I can let you know the type of person that you sent to my house how wonderful he was how knowledgeable he was his personality.
