He fully explained the issues involved in the needed replacement of my very old water heater, gave me a reliable and reasonable estimate for the work, and then got busy and completed the job even sooner than I expected. He was also able to talk me through a possible installation of a water treatment system when I asked about that and could answer my questions about possible financing. I couldn't be happier!
