Superb service! First time using them and the technician (Dylan Smith) walked me through everything that went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. The warranty plan was also great value. Would recommend and I’ll be using them for future maintenance too.

Great work by Jesse and Zack. Jesse explained everything to us and gave us options and did his best to work with us. ( We had to replace our HVAC just last week! ) We are so pleased we went with Fenwick because of him. We will probably replace our water treatment system with Fenwick ( Jesse ) as well. Christopher was awesome! Responding to our emergency call, he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the necessary repair, and checked related parts to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Extraordinarily personable and professional, he also gave us estimates for repairs we know are coming, and we will absolutely be requesting him again!
