Cody Kaufman provided exceptional service for my hot water heater replacement. During the estimation process, his communication was outstanding. He explained everything thoroughtly. His arrival on the day of the repair was timely and his updates throughout the job were spot on. I'd recommend Cody to anyone needing plumbing work.

Fadi, Jacob, Elijah and Justin did a great job replacing my pipe. When Fadi put his camera down the line to see what the problem was he let me see it on the screen. It was very obvious my approximately 64 year old pipe needed to go. They were all very respectful of our property and cleaned up afterwards.

My very old water heater finally broke. I called Fenwick in the morning and by the evening had a new water heater installed. It was a complicated job because my house has old pipes but technician Jesse Thigpen overcame the challenge. He did a great job!
