We called to have the temperature of the hot water reduced. The technician arrived on time and called before he came. He showed my husband how he made the changes which was great. Now we know how to change it on our own if necessary. Fortunately the tank was under warranty so there was no charge. Great service.

Michael was great to help estimate and fix our water heater. Gave us straight answers and worked with us on costing. Definitely calling Fenwick next time we need plumbing!
