Rafael Serrano did a wonderful job replacing our new water heater. He was very helpful and considerate. Called Fenwick in the morning and by 6:30 pm, we had a new water heater installed and working. Rafael assessed, called for new unit, and unit was delivered same day. I was amazed, usually we have to wait for parts. Thanks for prompt response and great service. Definitely recommend.
