My experience with Fenwick Home Services was awesome. Steven was my technician on a late Sunday afternoon when my hot water heater began to leak. He came out and assess my situation and it was repaired in a very timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. It was the best customer service I've received in a long time. I wanted to change my thermostat to a smart thermostat. I called Fenwick because I’ve used them in the past to install a hot water heater. John arrived and was extremely professional. He changed out my thermostat using one I had purchased on Amazon, helped me set up the app so I could control the thermostat, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was working well before he left.
