Real bad service. I was supposed to have a plumber install and an electrician place 2 GFB 1 in each bathroom. The only person that showed up was the installer and he did a great job! I waited till 7:30 at night no show no call. I called them no apology did not care at all. They said the next available time was two days from now. I told them to not do a thing till a manager called me the next day. No call at all. I am looking for an new company to do the electrical work now.

We had an issue with your AC unit at a rental property recent, and since it’s Florida, all AC issues feel like emergencies. Our technician, Ryan, was very helpful, clearly communicated the issue, and shared options for resolution. This was very important to me as I was not on location. He was extremely professional and sent me all the documentation of the service via email. Fenwick’s call center was quick to provide information on prices and scheduling and the company is reasonably priced and responsive to emergency or urgent situations - we would use them again and recommend them!

Joshua Strickland did a great job. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. It was a bit more involved than I thought it would be but he did a thorough job and left my bathroom better/cleaner than he found it. He wore shoe guards and was careful to not make a mess of my floors. He’s a great technician and I highly recommend him. Thank you Joshua and Fenwick for sending him to do our job.
