Had an amazing experience with Jesse and Fenwick Home Services yesterday. Woke up to my water softener and filter leaking in my garage. Jesse and his partner were able to come out that same day to take a look at it. They did a wonderful job of walking me through what was happening and how best to fix the problem. I really appreciated him answering all my questions and explaining how the new system worked. His friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. This is only my second time using Fenwick, and I can tell you that it won't be the last!

I have used Fenwick Plumbing on more than one occasion. I am always impressed with the courteous and professional approach each service technician demonstrates when delivering service. I have always felt the price point based on the work prescribed is reasonable, as well.

The Technician Cody arrived on time and worked thoroughly to figure out my issue. He then did an excellent job explaining what was causing the problem and next steps for resolving it. He worked quickly and efficiently to get everything back in working order. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best technicians we have had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended!
