We called another plumber and they recommended Fenwick as they couldn’t do all the work we needed done. We called Fenwick late afternoon and they had a technician at our house by 8 am the next morning. Joshua did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was going to do and the cost he quoted was reasonable.

After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

I had some concerns about my water softener so I called my favorite plumbing company, Bill Fenwick. Scheduling was easy and appointment was for the next day. Jesse arrived on time and he did a fantastic job. He’s an outstanding rep for your company. Very professional and thorough. He checked out my system and adjusted my settings. He took the time to explain the system to me. I will definitely use this company again!
