We first want to say how blessed we are to have been recommended to Fenwick for services. The service men Michael Underwood and his assistant were excellent very professional punctual and friendly they knew what they were doing and did an excellent job on repiping our home we wish we had used their services before. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and you could tell they took take their job very seriously and are very knowledgeable. We are beyond pleased with the excellent service we received if we could rate above the five stars we would do so My husband and I will be glad yo recommend Fenwick Home Services in the future. I had a great experience with Fenway! They helped me with a last minute appointment after my unit shut off overnight. The tech arrived at the beginning of the appointment and had to crawl out of my window at one point to get to the main unit and did it with a smile on his face. He fixed my issue for $188 after a different company quoted me almost $6K for the exact same issue about 6 months ago. Professional, knowledgeable and so helpful!

Christopher was awesome! Responding to our emergency call, he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the necessary repair, and checked related parts to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Extraordinarily personable and professional, he also gave us estimates for repairs we know are coming, and we will absolutely be requesting him again!
