This was Allen's second visit for semi-annual heat pump maintenance. He is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He replaced the 8-year old fan outside today which was covered by the 10-year warranty we purchased in 2017, so no cost to us. We're extremely satisfied with him and his work.
