Christian Sharp from Fenwick went above and beyond in his efforts to diagnose the problem with our AC unit. He took his time and employed a variety of troubleshooting techniques to find the source of our problem. I was impressed by his courtesy, professionalism, patience, and ingenuity. When others threw up their hands and gave up, Christian was dedicated to helping us. We would definitely work with him again for our AC repair.

Fenwick did a great job! Christian found out there was a block of ice around my indoor ac unit preventing the AC from flowing, but he thoroughly took care of it and checked both inside and outside the house for any issues. Definitely recommend Fenwick’s services

Used Fenwick before for plumbing repair, loved Zach's work but Christian did my heating and A/C service better than any technician in past 4 years. Got the maintenance done which included air filter but he went above beyond to clean out leaves in outside condenser and completely clean inside air handler also fixing a kink in the water pump I didn't see. Check out some deals on maintenance contracts and a UV light to kill nasty bacteria worry free.

As usual. Christian was punctual and put his shoe covers on and went to work. In about an hour he was finished, showed me lots of photos of my unit and told me everything I needed to know. He answers all my questions and the guy is very informative and knows what he’s doing and I a find he’s very honest. Before he left he made sure I signed up for my next appointment. He’s very thorough and I ask for him every time.

I once again had my units serviced by Fenwick. I requested Christian Sharp again. This young man does excellent work. He has pride in his work and it shows. I had Asia in the office schedule the service call and she was excellent as well. She was very effective and efficient. Christian is very consistent with his high level of work. He is very thorough and efficient in his work. He is knowledgeable and explains everything that he does. As long as I’m in North Florida I’ll be using Fenwick and Christian Sharp will be doing my HVAC work.

Christian was my technician and he did an outstanding job providing maintenance on my ac unit. He flushed the pipeline and cleaned the coils. He also installed the new air filter and condensate pan I purchase. He provided me with recommendations to preserving the unit.

Post install update: Unfortunately, I need to update my previous positive review. Shortly after the initial installation of my AC, I experienced severe flooding in my home. After tearing down walls and floors to investigate, it became clear that the AC installation was the cause of the flooding. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been met with silence and a lack of accountability. The flooding wasn’t the only issue. I also had to call them because the insulation in the AC closet fell down, proving the unit was not secured properly during installation. To make matters worse, after just finishing my last payment for the AC unit (3 months) I’ve now been hit with unexpected costs to replace cabinetry in my kitchen, floors throughout my entire entry, which has been unusable for three months due to the damage. I am now financially upside down from these repairs, Fenwick has not answered my calls to management nor have they reached out or offered any assistance or resolution. While a service person (Christian) was eventually sent by Jesse a manager of sorts sent him, it was far too late, and no support has been provided to address the significant financial burden and stress this situation has caused. I strongly urge the Fenwick to take responsibility and reach out to resolve this matter. —————————- We first hired Fenwick to come for a tuneup to discover which we were not surprised that we are in need of a replacement AC unit which Christian immediately was able to find Tony to stop by the end of his route and give us support which I can say is very fair. A new unit is an investment and with really great service. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to working with them again in the future to install a new system .

We called Fenwick for an AC service and were given a time slot in the afternoon. I was notified via text email and call that my tech would be arriving in 20 minutes Christian took his time to correctly troubleshoot the issue. He took the necessary actions to get the unit functioning properly and even took time to show me what the problem was. Top notch service and staff. I would highly recommend this company

Technician, Christian, arrived on time and went right to work doing an inspection, testing, and cleaning of my AC system. He was very thorough, quick, and friendly. The special pricing advertised for this inspection was very good and there was no cutting corners. Very pleased with the service from Fenwick. Great communications as well. Highly recommend using Fenwick for installation (they installed my system 3 years ago at a very competitive price) and for servicing your existing system.

I highly recommend this company! Update 02/15/2024 After installing two new AC units in 2021 it became necessary to have them cleaned, and one unit was experiencing a slight issue. When I reached out to Fenwick, their response was not only prompt and dependable, but also exceptionally accommodating with my busy schedule. Christian S was truly remarkable; he not only identified the issue with expertise but also conducted a comprehensive inspection to guarantee the optimal performance of my units. Beyond his technical skills, Christian's professionalism, attention to detail, ensuring my units were running perfectly was evident, making the entire service experience exceptional. I recommend their services, especially with technicians like Christian on their team!

The entire experience was great. The booking process was easy and user friendly. I was very happy to find Fenwick who had the available appointment on the forth of July weekend. My AC went out on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come and fixed my AC the very next day in the morning , which is a Sunday. Christian, the technician, was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was able to answer my questions and fixed my AC very quickly!
